Mind, Body and Spirit Festival in Colchester

Colchester Spirit

The Colchester Mind, Body and Spirit Festival will be back this autumn raising funds for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.

Chris Cozens of Life Arts will again be providing a weekend packed with complementary therapies, gifts, spiritual guidance, meditation space, workshops and healing music at Marks Tey Parish Hall on Saturday 24th October and Sunday 25th October, 10am until 5pm.

Following on from the success of last year’s event this year’s festival promises to be even bigger and better, with even more reasons to come and experience something inspiring. With 60 stalls, and two full days of activities, plus a chance to win a raffle prize, a free £25 draw both days and the first 150 visitors each day receiving a free goodie bag, it’s not to be missed. And, of course, don’t forget to say hello to our team of volunteers helping to raise awareness at the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity stand.

Admission is £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for concessions, and under 16’s going FREE.
