Charity of the Year
Nominate us as your designated charity of the year and we can work together throughout the year to raise much needed funds and awareness for the charity. There are many different ways your company can support us for the year including; displaying our charity collections tins and literature, payroll giving, organise regular fundraising events and activities, which is a great way to boost staff morale.
Company Fundraising
Organising a fundraising event can give the company great PR and marketing opportunities while also raising funds and support for the charity. It is also a fantastic way to boost morale amongst employees and encourage staff to work together as a team. Whether you organise fundraising activities such as regular dress down days, quiz nights or pamper evenings, or hold a big charity ball.
Payroll Giving
Employees can choose an amount, as little or as much as they would like, to donate to the charity each month which is then deducted from their wages automatically. For more information please visit www.payrollgivingcentre.org.uk
Sponsoring Opportunities
There are many different sponsorship opportunities including:

Sponsor our Newsletter - The charity has been publishing Moment Magazine since 2005. It is a vital link between men and women who use our services, their families, the charity’s supporters. If you choose to sponsor an edition of Moment at £1,800, you will receive ‘Sponsored by and your company name’ on the front cover of the magazine and a web link from the charity website. |
Participate in organised charity activities
There are many exciting fundraising activities members of your company may be interested in, such as ASICS British London 10K, Mazda London Triathlon, London Marathon, Great North Run, London to Paris cycle ride, tandem parachute jump, overseas treks and many more.
If you would like raise funds for the charity by taking part in an organised activity, please contact the fundraising team who will be able to offer you support and potentially press coverage.
Advertising
Advertise your organisation within the charity magazine, Moment, (circulation 8,000) at a very competitive rate. There are also advertising opportunities within our event brochures which we publish throughout the year. Please contact us for further details.
Cash Donation
This could be a one off cash donation, donate your company’s profit for the day or a regular monthly cash donation.
Donations of Prizes
The charity holds many events throughout the year where we organise auctions and raffles to raise money. We are always looking for good quality prizes to give away, such as holidays, flights, weekend breaks, balloon rides, V.I.P experiences i.e. football club tours, backstage passes.
Corporate Christmas Cards & E-cards
Send your customers bespoke Christmas cards or e-cards from Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. Your customers will be aware you have taken your social responsibility seriously and are supporting a local charity.
Collection Tins
Display the charity collection tins at the company reception desk, canteen and offices for both customers and employees to donate cash if they wish.
Recycling Old Mobile Phones
Collect old mobile phones, which the charity can claim £5 per phone for. Please don’t throw them away.
