We would love to welcome you to our third Marvellous Vintage event taking place within the beautiful Layer Marney Tower! Thank you for thinking of Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. Our pricing for Vintage Motorbikes is £8. Please remember, we are a charity, and your £8 could pay for refreshments in one of our centres for a day.

One motorbike with driver + 1 passenger

Access to the site will be between strict times on the day. These times will be communicated to you nearer the event. Vehicles will not be permitted to move when the event is open to the public. There is no access for vehicles during the event except for emergency service vehicles. Any movement of vehicles without consent from the organisers will result in owners being refused permission to attend future HRCC events.

I agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity Vintage Fair which includes disposing of my own rubbish. Any vehicle owners found to be in breach of this will not be invited to future HRCC events.

Terms and Conditions – HRCC Vintage Events 2024

1. Helen Rollason Cancer Charity Events Promise

Helen Rollason Cancer Charity (HRCC) promises to promote events in a professional manner. Events will be advertised online on the HRCC website and all social media channels. HRCC will produce leaflets and posters and press releases will be sent to all local media. Subject to local restrictions events will be signposted.

2. Car Owners Are Required to Do the Following

All car owners must be set up by the advertised start time. Access arrangements will be advised on your event joining instructions sent to you at least one week prior to the event. Car owners are not able to leave site until advised to do so. All cars are to be set up in an appropriate and sensible manner and parked where a volunteer marshal indicates.

Car owners should check their car is parked correctly and not encroach upon walkways, exits, access areas or other exhibitor space.

Rubbish MUST be removed by all car owners and disposed of offsite.

3. Booking Fees

All booking fees must be pre-paid at the point of booking via our web site. Payments will be accepted via credit or debit card.

HRCC reserves the right to allocate you a different category of space to that which you have booked.

HRCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving a reason.

4. Cancellation of Bookings

Cancellations will be accepted. However, no refund will be offered. Unless cancelled by HRCC as detailed below.

5. Limit of Liability

HRCC will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a successful event but cannot be held responsible for damage, theft of stock, interruption of power or services, inclement weather, or anything else beyond HRCC control. HRCC does not provide insurance cover for theft or damage of your car and recommends that you adequately insure yourself against all risks. It is a condition of booking that car owners understand and accept that HRCC cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that their car may sustain. If in the reasonable opinion of Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, it is necessary to cancel an event due to any reason out of our control, for example a government enforced cancellation of public events, HRCC will consider a full refund of fees paid and/or rollover of monies to a future event.

HRCC carries £5,000,000 of public liability insurance.
