Online Yoga and Pilates for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity Supporters

Yoga

Friend of the charity Sarah from The Wellness Barn is providing additional support to Helen Rollason Cancer Charity by kindly allowing free access to her Yoga Classes on Tuesdays and Fridays. All Helen Rollason Cancer Charity supporters, clients and volunteers are welcome. To take part text Sarah on 07306 517000 and she will give you access to her online class. To help cover the cost of the class we would really appreciate if you could make a donation to our urgent fundraising appeal.

Pilates

Heather Oakes from Pilates Specialist is our regular and highly qualified Pilates tutor who is now offering online classes specifically for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity clients. Heather is kindly subsidising her normal class fee for us but we would ask for a donation of £10 per month to support the classes. Her sessions take place every Friday from 11.15am – 12pm. If you would like to get involved please donate online ensuring you put your full name and the word ‘Pilates’ in your description. Before the class we will need you to fill in a short screening form Heather will then send you the link to access the classes. For more information you can contact Heather via email heatheroakes1@gmail.com
