Access to the site will be strictly from 9.00am. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area by 10.00am. There is no access for vehicles during the event except for emergency service vehicles. Any movement of vehicles without consent from the organisers will result in owners being refused permission to attend future HRCC events.

Your vehicle entry ticket will be emailed to you in advance.

A Vintage Day Out is a charity event. Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event, and therefore we ask that you consider making a donation.

Please note when making payment you do not need a Paypal account; simply choose check out as a guest and use the credit/debit card option to pay for your tickets.
