What can you give?

GiveaGift2

Helen Rollason Cancer Charity is urging everyone to join our ‘Give a Gift’ campaign this Christmas.

There are many ways you can give to our charity; as well as donating money and goods, you can give your time, or your skills. If you run a business you could sponsor one of our events, or simply provide fundraising ideas.

Pictured above are just three of our kind-hearted supporters who have recently ‘Given a Gift’ to our charity: Chris Cozens and LifeArts held a Mind, Body and Spirit Festival in Colchester as a fundraising event, Sandra Taylor is volunteering at our Head Office in Hatfield Peverel each Monday helping the Fundraising and Administration Teams, and Alan Loughlin worked with the Marketing Team at Helen Rollason Cancer Charity to bring your our new-look website!

“Facing cancer for the second time has been daunting. The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity has been my rock and has helped me face it, fight it, and, hopefully, beat it. My hour a week at the HRCC Support Centre is the only time I have actually had to totally allow myself, and my body, the space and time to recover. I can never thank this amazing charity enough.” BBC Essex presenter Sadie Nine sums up the vital role that we play in supporting people living with cancer.

All our Counselling, Support Groups, Complementary Therapies and Lymphatic Drainage Treatments are provided FREE of charge at our three Support Centres in Essex, Hertfordshire and London. We receive no Government or NHS funding, and rely on donations, fundraising, legacies and money raised through our charity shops to continue this work. What can you give this Christmas and beyond to help us continue our good work? Contact the Fundraising Team on 01245 380719, or email fundraising@helenrollason.org.uk
